New training courses have been launched at St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center, dedicated to healthcare workers’ communication and the principles of professional ethics. In the first stage, the participants are our own staff members. The courses provide an opportunity to get acquainted with international standards and to reveal the role of medical ethics not only in terms of human and professional integrity but also within the framework of legal obligations. The program is accredited, and in the near future, it is planned to continue for external audiences, engaging various specialists in the field. This is yet another opportunity to develop professional culture and contribute to the qualitative improvement of patient–healthcare worker relations.
